Covers seamless, centrifugal cast, and welded clad steel line pipe, and lined steel pipe with improved corrosion-resistant properties. The clad and lined steel line pipe specified in this document shall be composed of a base metal outside and CRA layer inside the pipe. The base material shall conform to API Spec 5L, Specification for Line Pipe, except as modified in the 5LC document. Provides standards for pipe with improved corrosion resistance suitable for use in conveying gas, water, and oil in both the oil and natural gas industries.
